In 1972 my yoga instructor spoke about Reflexology and I felt a
strong sense that I needed to be trained and to work on feet. One month
later I was in a 2-day Reflexology training learning specific
acupressure of the nerve endings in the feet. We were handed a blank
sheet of paper and told to draw a large foot print. I had been drawing
little foot prints walking across my notebook papers for years, so
drawing the footprint felt good and was strong conformation that I was
doing exactly what I was here to do. Little did I know how much I would
love Reflexology and what a large part it would play in my life.

My children were my first "guinea pigs" and to this day over 30 years later, they are all still "addicted" to Reflexology.
Friends were curious, so I worked on them and also built my Reflexology business to the point of working on clients 5 days a week.

WhiteHawk Teaching a two-day workshop |
Many of my clients begged me to teach, so I created my chart, slides and workbook and began offering
two day trainings.
My personal trainings are limited to four students. I also taught
larger classes at the Atlanta School of Massage and was happy that more
people would be receiving the benefits of Reflexology.

My Reflexology work with women during their pregnancies and
throughout labor was exhilarating and very rewarding. I was introduced
to Reflexology after the births of my six children and I only wish I
would have had this work done on me at that time!

Animals are very receptive to Reflexology. I have worked on cats
and dogs and came close to working on the paws of a full grown tiger
(thank goodness he recuperated quickly and didn't need my work)!

WhiteHawk with Lon
Lon was my first grandchild and loved having me work on his feet. Children are especially receptive to Reflexology as they
have no pre-conceived ideas that block them from receiving.

I have many stories to tell about my clients' self-healing
experiences over the years. Since Reflexology aids the body in
normalizing its' functions, the list of self-healing experiences is
unlimited. A few examples are: migraine headaches, back problems, colon
problems, and irregular organ functions.

I have enjoyed introducing people to Reflexology using hands-on demonstrations at many health expos.
People and animals experience profound benefits from Reflexology
treatments. These treatments connect with their essence through the
specific manipulation of the nerve endings in their feet which affects
their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
